Pakau Defense

Last session, the party managed to transport their loot home and arrive at Pakau Defense alongside Pyre. There, the party was allowed to take a breather before the rest of the Chieftains arrive the next day. So, they spent their time around town with their guide and Pyre's apprentice Safira.

Safira invited the party to a get together later that night. And so, after completing their shopping in the morning and making a new friend in an ex-adventurer named Sable, the party went to the party to have a good time.

The party had heard a rumor about a protest that is going to happen on the day of the Peace Talks. So, Artyom disguised himself as a local and tried to learn more about it. But that is where the party came upon Safira once more. One thing led to another, which caused an argument to break out between Ignis and Safira. With Ignis opposing the war while Safira standing with it.

They break away, Safira, pulling Artyom aside to confide in him. That was when a familiar face introduced themselves, Kristof Deitrich. He encouraged Safira to join in the protest tomorrow but Artyom managed to dissuade her. Later that night, the party scried on them only to see Karlotta Deitrich performing some kind of ritual with Kunz.
