The First Descent

Last session, the party were deep in the middle of a Delve into the Infinity Maze. Their journeys through the Safe and Danger zones were uneventful and, unfortunately, unfruitful.

Against their best judgment, the party pushed onwards until they encountered a group of goblins. While fighting them, the party discovered a cavern filled with glowing blue strings, which led them to a giant tree holding a crystal surrounded by the corpses of past battles.

When the party investigated the tree, they activated a battering ram, causing slimes to swarm the area. The party's only escape was to break into the tree. Inside, they encountered a strange woman with long purple hair. With a snap of her fingers, Livvy was dead. The rest of the party would have been too, were it not for Lapsa. She cracked the Tether stone and brought the party back to the surface.
