The Death Cult

Last session, the party decided to greet the cultists that had made their base in Serenia. Vai stepped forward while the rest of the party snuck around in case something goes wrong. The more Vai talked to them, the insane the cultists sounded. In the end, the party was embroiled in a tough battle.

Each time a cultist was taken down, it leaves behind the skin and clothes on the ground. Then, from nearby buildings, shades began to emerge and ran towards the pile of skin on the floor. The party had to toss the skin away, burn them, destroy them. Only then, the dissappears.

In the end, the party was rewarded with a giant pearl which allowed Vai to promptly identify all the items they have found so far.
